Admin Strategies will:
- Contact new hires and explain what forms must be completed, where to send them and the deadline for submitting them
- Follow-up with carriers for ID number(s) and advise accordingly
- Explain how to handle claim situations in the interim if they must see their doctor between their benefits start date and the date they receive their ID card
- Follow-up with carriers and confirm when their ID card will be mailed and advise accordingly
- Answer any questions they may have concerning their benefits, eligibility and/or claims procedures throughout the orientation period, as well as on an ongoing basis
